Who we are
The Friends of Tite Street (many of whom have lived in the area for decades) brings together all those who care about preserving and celebrating the living heritage of this remarkable street, and of the wider Royal Hospital Conservation Area. Tite Street’s unique character is a critical foundation of our understanding of the environment that shaped some of Britain’s greatest artists, writers and thinkers — and we are determined to protect it for future generations.
Established by the Tite Street Residents’ Association, the Friends focus specifically on safeguarding the street’s heritage and identity, and our role here is clear: to ensure this historic street is never diminished.
